The team traveled to Barrington minus the services of their leading scorer and ball handler Alyssa Dias, who suffered from a knee injury just over 24 hours before the game. The Townies offense struggled as a result shooting a horrific season low 11% from the floor. The team played hard for their injured captain, but the offense was completely out of sync turning the ball over 22 times to the host Eagles. The team had their chances to keep things close early but failed on numerous point blank lay-ups, and not converting their free-throw attempts. The JV team pulled off their second victory of the season with inspired play all around. Both teams play at home this Tuesday against undefeated powerhouse Bay View.
